At Shop.gtechinnovation.com, we are committed to providing quality pre-owned computers. Every computer undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process before listing. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and returns policy below.
2. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return a pre-owned computer from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the computer must be in the same condition you received it, without any additional wear or damage.
- Original packaging and included accessories (if provided) should accompany the return.
- Please provide the purchase receipt or proof of purchase during the return.
3. Refunds
- Upon receiving the returned computer, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the computer arrived damaged or with specifications different from the product listing.
- If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the error was on our part.
- Using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. We can’t ensure that we will receive your returned computer otherwise.
5. Exchanges
- Due to the unique nature of each pre-owned computer, we typically don’t offer exchanges. However, if you have specific concerns, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
6. Defective or Misrepresented Items
- If the computer you received is defective or not as described in our product listing, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange for a return, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.
- For such returns, we will cover the shipping costs.
7. Warranty
- All pre-owned computers come with a 30-day warranty covering hardware malfunctions not caused by user damage.
- Warranty does not cover software issues, accidental damage, or issues arising from modifications made by the buyer.
